Cell Culture Solutions

For Scientists in academia and industry, we offer reliable Surface solutions for Research in Cell Culture, Cancer, Wound Healing and Compound Screening.

Cell Migration (2D) Assays:

Cell Migration Assays using Exclusion Zone technology ensure reproducible cell-free regions for each experiment.

Oris™ Cell Migration assays use physical “stopper” barriers to create a central cell-free detection zone in the center of each well of a 96-well plate.  Simple and reliable assays used in a variety of applicatons.

Oris™ Pro Cell Migration assays use a soluble gel to create a central cell-free detection zone in the center of each well of 96- or 384-well plates.  Ideal for High-Throughput Screening (HTS) with High-Content Imaging (HCA) systems.

Cell Invasion (3D) Assays:

Assays with Exclusion Zone technology allow you to reliably monitor cell invasion through an extracellular matrix.

Oris™ Cell Invasion assays use physical “stopper” barriers to create a  cell-free, collagen-rich, Detection Zone in the center of each well of a 96-well plate.  Cells are suspended in a thick layer of collagen.

Oris™ Pro Invasion is your bridge between the 2D and 3D world. After cell adhesion, the cells are overlaid with a thick collagen layer to allow cells to transition from a 2D culture to a 3-dimensional invasion culture.

Coated Microplates: We offer high-quality Surfaces for cell culture: Coatings of extracellular matrix (ECM) proteins onto 96-well microplates. ECM proteins include Collagen I, Poly-L-Lysine or Basement Membrane. Sold individually, ready to use!
