What software can I use to quantify cell migration/invasion in images I capture from Oris™ Assays?

We recommend ImageJ software, or its close relative Fiji for users who don’t have a commercial software package provided with the imaging system to be used. Both are freeware.

If your imaging system is provided with a software package, your vendor can help you with Oris™ quantification, and may already have a routine specifically designed for Oris™. See this application note for an example.
