Platypus Technologies provides customized SPR chips for your individual SPR needs. We can acquire high-grade optical glass per your specifications, coat it with your specific Ti and Au thicknesses, and cut it down to the size you need!

Platypus uses an electron beam evaporator to coat custom SPR chips, thus allowing for precise control of gold deposition rates and surface roughness. This ensures a high level of control over the thickness and nanometer-scale surface roughness of gold films so that you are able to generate reproducible results using Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) technology.
