The Oris Pro 384 Cell Migration Assays (Tissue Culture Treated or Collagen I Coated) employ a proprietary biocompatible gel (BCG) to provide a Cell Migration Assay suitable for automated liquid handling, real time visualization of movement and multiplexing using high content instrumentation. High throughput compound screening labs can now implement a phenotypic cell assay in a convenient and cost effective state-of-the-art 384-well format.
ORIS PRO CELL MIGRATION ASSAYSThe Oris Pro Cell Migration Assays (Tissue Culture Treated or Collgen I Coated) are a 2nd generation Oris product in which the Oris Cell Seeding Stoppers have been replaced by a dissolving Biocompatible Gel (BCG). The BCG creates an annular monolayer of cells with a cell-free, central area into which cell migration can occur. The Oris Pro Cell Migration Assay enables the use of automated liquid handling equipment for cell seeding and allows unrestricted access to cells throughout the experiment. Readout can be performed in real-time using inverted microscopes and High Content Screening (HCS)/High Content Imaging (HCI) instruments.
ORIS CELL MIGRATION ASSAYSThe Oris Cell Migration Assay and the Oris Cell Migration Assay - Collagen I Coated provide a reproducible, sensitive, and flexible assay for the measurement of cell migration.
ORIS CELL MIGRATION ASSEMBLY KITSThe Oris Cell Migration Assembly Kit line of products offers researchers more control over designing a cell migration assay. Each Oris Cell Migration Assembly kit contains the Oris Cell Seeding Stoppers for creating a detection zone at the center of each well in a 96-well plate. Since the stoppers are not pre-inserted into the wells, researchers have two options; coat the plate with an extracellular matrix component or use the coated plate provided to design an assay.
Platypus offers SPR chips, Gold-Coated Substrates (Slides/Mica/Silicon Wafers/Coverslips), Template Stripped Gold Chips and Custom Substrates.
