Follow these instructions if you are having difficulty
downloading pdf files using Adobe Acrobat Reader:

Open Adobe Reader.
Go to Edit/Preferences:

In the Preferences Panel, select Internet. Deselect 'Allow fast web view' and click 'OK'.
