Figure 1: Oris™ Pro 384 Cell Migration Analysis: HUVECs were seeded onto an Oris™ Pro 384 TC plate and an Oris™ 96 TC plate with Stoppers. A dose-response titration was performed using the actin polymerization inhibitor, Cytochalasin D. Cells were treated for 16 hours, fixed, and stained for F-actin. Images were acquired using an inverted microscope and a dose-response curve with IC50 was generated (n=4).
